Hi-Tec-Support GmbH is a service provider for laboratory equipment manufacturers. Founded on 1 January 2001 from an outsourcing of Datacolor-Services in Switzerland, Germany and Austria, we now have an extensive service network covering the whole of Europe. Our firms in Turkey, Lithuania and Italy enable us to serve clients in the neighbouring Baltic, Arabian and North African countries as well.
Our headquarters have been based in Pfungen near Winterthur since 2001. The impressive hi-tech building accommodates management and administration as well as the call centre, workshop and warehouse.
