In collaboration with partners, we want to be "the service solution provider" for our clients in the EU and beyond. We provide the service package in the region the client wants at the point in the value chain that meets his requirement.

 

We are an independant and neutral company. Our only objective is the value and correct function of customers equipment.

 

Mission / Guideline

We supply a market-oriented and professional hardware client service (including international logistics) to laboratory equipment manufacturers in industry, the analytical and diagnostic medicine and biotechnology market, and in the life sciences sector. The benefit for the client is a professional and profitable service in "no time" without start-up costs in the desired region and to the appropriate extent. This gives the client significant market advantages in sales. As regards resources and processes we are - wherever meaningful and cost-efficient for the stakeholder - "state of the art".

 

 

Corporate Policy

In order to devote our energy to the benefit of clients, we do not enter into competition with our partners, but look towards success in cooperation.

 

For maximum client benefit, HTS (Hi-Tec-Support) endeavours to maintain the simplest, most efficient structure possible which is understood and accepted by employees and the client, and limits internal reorganization to a minimum.

 

From the start we want to provide such a good service that on average only three revisits per employee per year will be necessary.

 

All stakeholders should profit and be happy working for or with HTS.

 

Stakeholders are: customers, end customers, employees, owners, partners and the company.

 

Profit is one - but not the only - measurement of success. Profit is necessary to guarantee sustainability.

Client feedback

Client feedback is the most important information that allows us to reach and maintain our objectives over the longer term. Adequate priority handling is therefore regulated in a separate chapter in the quality manual in the competence center section.
